I have a user that is running win xp sp3 and outlook 2003. When she is sent a webpage it displays at html links from the website. I have tried the following to resolve the issue.-Made sure all settings are set to HTML and checked to allow pictures to be downloaded.-Delete Profile and create a new profile-Ran the detect and reapir utility-Clean up the outlook secure temp folder-deleted all temp files and cookies-uninstalled outlook and then reinstalled however I dont believe that all the settings where uninstalled. I did run windows cleaner utility after the uninstall and before the reinstall. I have copied all the outlook settings that I can see from a working machine to the machine with the problem and have had no change in the outcome. any ideas
