system specs:windows XP media center with service pack 31.66GHz Intel CPU504 MB of RAMapoun opening outlook express 6 the program encounters an error and wants to shut down saying :EventType : InPageError P1 : c000009c P2 : 00000003I've run microsoft MSRT and the IE fix tool as well as AVG anti-virus and regestry mechanic not sure what my next move should be or a solution... C:\DOCUME~1\ARTSAN~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER7500.dir00\msimn.exe.mdmpC:\DOCUME~1\ARTSAN~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER7500.dir00\appcompat.txtthese were two files that are contained in the error report that has been submited.also outlook express works fine in offline mode... Tryed running system restore the computer would not restore to any restore point I tryed...

Your message store has gotten corrupted. You probably need to delete folders.dbx to get it to start. Then you can uninstall AVG, then set up a new Identity via File | Identities. Then add your accounts and when they work okay, then reinstall AVG and make sure you omit the option to include email scanning, as that is likely what caused the issue in the first place.
