outlook express wont switch identities -if i try to restart it tells me there is already a version running, however-task manager doesn't show anything
main identity displays okay-but if I try to change identity it doesn't show. Task manager doesn't show anything running but the computer tells me oe is already running and can't start.If I use system restore- mdns gives the following message: cannot read ox10001d4dc @ox00817028System restore okay and oe is okay for about a day , then problem reoccurs--anybody Help!!!

How many identities do you have other than the main identity? While in the main identity, can you create another new one? Bruce Hagen ~ MS-MVP [Mail]

See www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3 that could be what caused the issue.
