• Hi, i have recently purchase a new toshiba note book and set it up late one evening. When i turn it on now, it asks for my  @outlook.com password, which i dont remember creating. I have a microsoft account and tried that password and can not log on at all. I am desperatley seeking assistance. I am using a samsung tablet to do this seek for help.any suggestions???

If you added a recovery email address or mobile number, you can use the password reset process

If that fails, perhaps you have a local account. Try to log with .\USERNAME where user name could be "Administrator" or your name etc.
