the master password to get into my account on my computer I forgot it! I cant sign into my computer I bought a program but was scammed and ripped off was supposed to be $9.95 they charged 49.95 and will not answer me how can I retrieve my password?  Please can you help me?

Are you logging with the Microsoft account or the local account? Have you made a reset password disk?

If you logged on with the Microsoft account, we could refer to the following link to reset the password.
https://account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx

If you logged on with the local account and you have made a reset password disk, we could use the disk to reset the passwork.
If you haven`t made a reset disk, I am afraid the only option is to reinstall the whole system if the password is no longer available.
