HiIt might be that you an Old dialup modem that did not sit well in the PCI slot and thus did not function.When you cleaned, it might shift and resume contact.If you do not need a dialup modem log to the Device Manger right click on the Modem entry and disable it.Otherwise, log to the Computer's support site and download its Drivers and install them.
