permission to save on F: drive
I have a separate physical drive for storing data only. - F drive. Win7 build 7000 was installed on c drive and was working great. I formatted c drive and installed build 7100, and then suddenly can't save to my folders in f drive without administrator privilege. I took ownership of all folders and subfolders on f drive, and changed permission to "full control" but still couldn't save normally. The problem is because the folders I was trying to save into were previously shared. I just want to share with everyone, no password, but I'm thwarted with having to delete all these unknown contacts before I can even save to folder. Heres a picture of all the unknown contacts - they shouldn't be there. EVERYONE should have full access to these folders, ESPECIALLY ME. The folders were always intended to be free access, no passwords, but Windows 7 has gone adding security which is unwanted and unneeded. Protect the operating system from viruses but leave MY files alone. <img href="http://www.picoodle.com/view.php?img=/2/5/11/stickywulf/f_sharedfoldem_44b04c8.png">
