It seems rather presumptive and premature for you to mark your own response as the answer to this without waiting for any response from the OP. The WMP plugin for FireFox is a Microsoft product - installed by Microsoft without even using the normal FireFox addin channels. Windows Media Player support is only available as part of the support for the OS itself because WMP is part of the OS. Therefore, it seems to me that the appropriate place for support on the WMP plugin to FireFox would be the WMP support forums at Microsoft. Dale

There is a somewhat-official WMP plug-in from Port 25 (MS's open-source community). You can download it here and find more info here ;) And it's not installed by Windows or anything. Regards, Kristaps. P.S.: Epic shoop is epic.

It was put together by the Windows Media Player team, and special thanks go to Eric Anderson and Thobias Jones. (And all the other people in the Windows Media Player team). I also wanted to thank Mike Schroepfer and the Mozilla Foundation in helping us get this released. So support should be in the Microsoft forums, not the FireFox forums.

Hi DaleIt's always a good idea to direct the user to the support for the product in question. Here are some reasons. * The capability may already be built-in to Firefox. * If an add-on is required, they will know exactly where to find it. * If there are multiple add-ons available, they will know which one works the best. * They will know if there are any issues when installing the add-on. * The add-on may require an update to Firefox to work properly. * Etc, etc. The thread starter has complete control over which question is marked as the answer. If they feel a reply was improperly marked, they are free to unmark the reply and mark another reply, if they wish. This action is always respected. Thank you for understanding.
