It's no question of "order forms". The current pre-sales offer is valid only for the U.S., Canada and Japan. Another offer will be available from July, 15th on for UK, France and Germany only. I live in Thailand and tried the same - perorder W7 at MS shop USA, no success, they generally sell only to customers living in USA. Tried at FRYS USA. No success, export not allowed, order cancelled. I agree with Teddyloyd. MS is a a worldwide acting company. They should give the benefits to everybody worldwide. All other policy ist a bad policy. We will see the next days wether they start presales in other areas or not. They all at MS know exactly what is going on in Asia, Mexico, South America. At every corner is a crack available for 2$.
