Did you create a recovery key before hand? Try booting into safe mode and unlock it from there
Free Windows Admin Tool Kit Click here and download it now

Hi, Thanks for posting in Microsoft TechNet Forum. For further troubleshooting, may I ask some questions: 1.What is the disk you encrypted, an Operating System disk, a fix or removable disk? 2.Did you create a recovery password or a USB flash drive with a recovery key before the power shut off? Based on the current status, I would like to propose the following website for general troubleshooting. How to use the BitLocker Repair Tool to help recover data from an encrypted volume in Windows Vista or in Windows Server 2008 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/928201 Note: this passage is written for Window Vista originally, but it applies to Windows 7. If the issue persists, please try to disable and re-enable Bitlocker. To disable and re-enable BitLocker: 1) Click Start, and then click Control Panel. 2) Click Security. 3) Click BitLocker Drive Encryption. 4) If the User Account Control dialog box appears, verify the proposed action is correct, and then click Continue. 5) Click Turn off BitLocker. 6) Click Disable BitLocker. 7) In the BitLocker Drive Encryption window, click Turn On BitLocker. 8) Close the BitLocker Drive Encryption window. Hope this helps. Thanks. Dale Qiao
