remote workplace email issues with reply
cannot reply, reply to all or fwd emails in remote web workplace. Can open each email and read but when I hit reply the body of the email just has a red x in the upper left corner and you cannot use the box.

Hi,
Which e-mail client are you using?
Which version of Internet Explorer are you using?
If you are using Internet Explorer8, then I would suggest you to
try using Compatibility View, there may be a compatibility problem since Internet Explorer 8 is still relatively new.
Go to Tools, and click Compatibility View, and check if it helps.
You can also try running Internet Explorer in no add-ons mode and check if it helps, here are the steps:
1.
Click Start, and then type Internet Explorer in the Start Search box.
2. Click Internet Explorer (No Add-Ons). Internet Explorer opens without add-ons, toolbars, or plug-ins.
3. Test Internet Explorer to verify that it works correctly.
