Hi, I would like to verify what operating system you are running. Generally, it is hard to find the attackers. They create the websites which contain Trojan or Spyware. Once the virus is infected on the computer, it will redirect you to these websites. Based on the current situation, please boot in Safe Mode and use Microsoft Security Essentials and Safety Scanner to scan for the computer. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/products/security-essentials http://www.microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx Also, run the hijackthis. http://free.antivirus.com/hijackthis/ Note: Since the website is not hosted by Microsoft, the link may change without notice. Microsoft does not guarantee the accuracy of this information. If any virus, Trojan or Spyware is found, but cannot be removed, you can contact Microsoft PCSafety phone support. For support within the United States and Canada, call toll-free (866) PCSAFETY (727-2338).
