When I right click on a application to "Run as Administrator" I am not prompted for credential on 2 computers. The application opens, but without administrator privileges. If I use runas from the command line it works fine. gazem

Have you checked Local Group Policy (Computer configuration - Local Policies - Security Options - User Acount Control: Behavior of the elevation prompt for Administrators in Admin approval mode. It must be set Prompt for credentials.
