My computer believes bnebvj.exe is a system file and won't allow me to deleate it. It also has marked some of the folders in New as system folders. Also I cant find the options you listed for making hidden files visible. Explorer Help sent me to the control panel but the options they listed were also not available. I'm not familiar with either MBAM or AS. If we ever get this fixed I'll certainly give you a top recomendation and good luck with that pony

You need to download, install and run MBAM and SAS and when they run clean, fix any remaining issues. Download, install, update and do a full scan with these free malware detection programs:Malwarebytes (MBAM): http://malwarebytes.org/SUPERAntiSpyware: (SAS): http://www.superantispyware.com/They can be uninstalled later if desired.Reboot your computer and troubleshoot remaining issues. Don't guess what the problem might be - figure it out and fix it. I need YOUR votes and points for helpful replies and Propose as Answers. I am saving up for a pony!
