after microsoft ran update on computer i got a message to contact application support team for more information. message on computer said; microsoft visual c++ runtime library runtime error program...es\common files\roxio\shared\rox watch 9.exe; this application has requested the runtime to terminate it in a unsual way. what does that mean?

Hi, have you installed Roxio Easy Creator on the computer? If yes, I suggest we remove it in Control Panel Programs and features and then reinstall it to check the result.
