on start up of my samsung nc10 windows begins to load and then goes to n error pge:stop: c000021a fatal errorthen restarts. i've tried all the options on F8 and none of them work, :(as you may know this laptop does not come with disc drive so not sure what to do.HELP please1 person got this answerI do too
