Whenever I start/boot up my laptop, the Windows installer pops up with the Scan program and tries to download. I hit cancel numerous times with no success...it then goes to a popup box "The feature you are trying is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click Ok to try again or enter alternate path, etc, etc. I hit cancel, it goes to an error msg 1706 and mentions scan.msi. It's stopping me from downloading programs cause it pops up in the middle of the download...how do I get rid of it??7 people need an answerI do too

trigger a Windows installer window labeled ACPrerequisites. "Please wait while Windows configuresACPrerequisites. It then asks me to search for the ACPrerequisites.msi installation package. When canceled, it gives me an Error 1706 message
