I down loaded an HP game to plan. I can't play the game. I keep getting this alert -- Access to this game is blocked, possibly due to parental control settings for file security settings. Check file security settings or parental settings. -- I'm the only one who uses this computer. Where do I go to set settings to get this to play. I've played others. Its a Mahjong game. I have another one in my HP games that I play.

Hi, thanks for the post. Let's first try the following steps to turn Parental Control off: 1. Click Start, go to Control Panel. 2. Go to Parental Controls User Controls. 3.
