Any time I have the computer booted. I don't need to be in any particular program though I do experience it when I am on Hotmail. But I have experienced it whenever the computer is running. Also, lately when I am on Foxfire I have started getting unwanted windows loading, i.e. ads, games, etc. This just started happening.
