I have Vista and have been having some issues lately. the latest is that security center is off and when I try to turn it on i get the message that it can not be turned on. I read past postings with this same issue but when I tried the recommended fix of entering services.msc and double clicking on the security center line in the services list...the problem is that i do not even see security center listed among all the services. any suggestions? thank you
