security problems
hello,i think one of the kids changed all of the settings on my pc. it wont download anything. not even updates. you can click install and it just sits there. how do i change all users and accounts to be able to update and download. thanks shuggs1011 person needs an answerI do too

Ask the kid what s/he did and reverse it. If this isn't possible, the most common reason for these symptoms is severe infection. It will remove all possible security threats responsible as to why you can't install any downloaded program. If the Safety Scanner does not detect any infection, you may try performing System Restore. Choose a restore point prior to the date the problem started. Let me know if this helps.

Also check your system date and time and make sure it is correct.
