There are many professional USB security managements, here are some of them http://www.devicelock.com/dl/ http://www.blockmastersecurity.com/ http://www.lumension.com/ http://www.everstrike.com/usbsecurity/ 2. Disabling USB in registry is relatively weak solution. On the other side of security metrix is the use of adhesive. 3. You don't say whether you are trying to disable usb on a standalone computer or a networked computer.
