how do I share a group of contacts with other users?

You can't share a Lync group you've created. For a group of users to have a shared group, you'll need to create an Exchange distribution group and add it to the individual accounts.

That's pretty useless. We need the ability to share groups we've created. GroupWise Messenger has this, A2C has this, why doesn't Lync have this?
