I have another issue. Something keeps turning off or disabling my scrip scanning on Computer and files, Protection keeps getting disabled on my buffer overflow for Email and Instant messaging, security update for Windows SP (KB946648) can not be installed. My virus scan encountered a problem with this message: result = 2147467259. I have no clue what any of this means. I just know that I have high speed internet with Cellular One and it acts like dial up when I try to sign in. I wait forever it seems for a page to load. Also Joelj1964 suggested I try CCleaner - Home, Glary Utilities and Clean Up Center - Windows Live OneCare safety scanner which I did and none of it worked. Please help! I am at my wits end with this whole thing. My system keeps freezing up and crashing. When it crashes the screen with everything on it just melts away.
