snipping tool not working with two side by side 2560x1440 monitors
The windows snipping tool is a great product but: It doesn't seem to work for me.
I have two monitors set up side to side. Monitor 1 is on the right, monitor two is on the left (sort of backwards)
Both monitors are set to the resolution of 2560x1440.
When I start the snipping tool and click in monitor 1 it changes monitor 1's display to what is currently displayed on monitor 2. I can't seem to capture anything on monitor 1.
The snipping tool worked with this same setup when I had lower resolution monitors.
Anyone have any ideas as to what I am doing wrong or how I can get this to work?

Don't know. Maybe
Lightscreen Portable (freeware) will work - it is functionally equivalent.

Windows 7 default scale is 96 DPI. There is no specific documentation indicating the limitation resolution of the snipping tool. However, it will encounter problem if resolution is too high.Niki Han
