Hi,Method 1.This usually happens when the printer spooler folder is filled up with unwanted files. You can fix this problem by following the steps listed below:a. Go to Start, Settings and click Control Panelb. In the Control Panel window, first double-click on Administrative Tools and then on Services.c. In the right pane of the Services window locate and right-click on Print Spooler and then select Stop.d. After you have stopped this process, leave the Service window open. Now open My Computer and navigate to the following folder.c:\windows\system32\spool\PRINTERS e. Delete all the files in the Printers folder. After deleting the files in this folder, go back to Services window, right-click on Print Spooler, and then select start to re-enable the service.Method 2.Although the true spoolsv.exe file is a safe file, many malicious programs are known to disguise themselves as spoolsv.exe. Sometimes the installed security program might not be just enough. I also recommend you to update your security software regularly. a.
