stop 0x00000050 (0x94C9C0C7, 0x00000000, 0x8053CE52, 0x00000000)
Web site help suggested downloading new update to replace update with error, but when I click on the link it gives me an error that the web page cannot be loaded. By necessity I am in Safe Mode, could this be preventing the new update download? How do I get around it?

How about getting the update from another computer, copying it on a CD or USD drive and then accessing it on the problem PC in Safe Mode?
