Read the MS KB @ http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314056 Although the KB specifies XP the overall information is still applicable to Windows 7.Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. Hi,
please make a xperf trace [1] to diagnostic the high CPU usage. Please upload the etl file to your SkyDrive [2] and post a link here.
I'll take a look at it, maybe I can see more details.

I have a problem, the tool wants me to trace when the CPU usage is high, though the problem only occurs when I boot up my computer. And the computer is really "lagging" and Im unable to do anything untill the CPU is down. ? Im really wondering
if the only fix is full format ?

follow my guide [1] to make a boot trace (add this at the end of the trace:
-stackwalk profile -postBootDelay 300 ) and compress the boot_BASE+CSWITCH+DRIVERS+POWER_1.etl as 7z or RAR and upload it to your Skydrive [2] and post the link here. This captures 5minutes after the boot and should contain the data
I need.
I take a look at the trace, maybe I see what's wrong with your Windows.
