To acess my mail & more on startup; I open messenger ,open msn.com close messenger, submit an error report . I then open another msn window because my mail & more freezes the first window and open close messenger again. then it may come up in a while(or not) then freeze for a while when I go to junk mail or the other inbox1 person got this answerI do too

I currently am using verizon with msn premium mail & more msn explorer. The msn mail account and verizon online accounts are on the same page. I'll give it a try and let you know how it goes.

I followed the instructions and have lost my wireless routersettings (my desk top is wireless due to phone jack placement) my tool bar is white and i have to start up my mobile card. There is now another update that won't work. (kb949074) . My router is a linksys G I'm using a 25 foot temporary land line. I have no connections path. help

Was just on the phone to Verizon, with their help found that my device manager and network connections pages are blank. all the info is gone but I can still use all of my stuff except for getting the wireless router to come on line. My wife's laptop connects fine. I can't use system restore because there are no earlier dates than yesterday to use.
