my dad used tune up utilies 2011 on my brothers e machine and now he is have issues with FPs he plays wow on it and gets like 4 fps and on the desktop he gets 8 fps and before he had 30fps while talking on the phone with him i had him do a system restore but it said no changes where made so i could use some help to fix this allso useing the program he restored settings then uninstalled it but still no fix1 person got this answerI do too
