unwanted connection to cds214.iad9.msecn.net
When I connect to internet through USB broadband modem, the following address is automatically connecting and downloading like hell:
cds214.iad9.msecn.net
that consumes my credit without my control. (I am not enabling automatic windows update)
OS win7
I need help.

Try to find out which process / service initiating the connection.
Use netstat -anbo to find the process. If it is svchost.exe use tasklist /svc /fi "pid eq <PID>" to list the services running inside that host process.Csaba
