user accounts
i am the administrator of my home computer, i can access the user accounts window but none of the links will do anything when i click on them. cannot modify, create, or change user accounts. does nothing. i just had to modify registry yesterday so i could use task manager. said was not accessible because it had been disabled by administrator. but i didnt do that. checked for virus, found nothing.1 person needs an answerI do too

i used symantec anti-virus and webroot antivirus and spysweeper
