My computer is asking for a user name and password which it has never had. Since I don't have a disc I cannot bypass it to get on my computer. I tried downloading sp2 and that is not working either. How do I get into my computer1 person needs an answerI do too

Start the computer in Safe mode and log into the built-in account named Administrator . You'll have to know the password, if any, for that account.
