You'll first need a virtual machine such as VirtualBox (free) or VMware etc. Then you will need an installation media of some sort, or an ISO of Windows 8. Then you'll need a copy of office 2013. Install the VM, then Windows, then office 2013 just as if its an actual PC.

(and you'll need licenses for all those things)

Hello mafab,

You could use the hyper-v in Windows 8.1 , and then install the Windows 8.1 VM and install office 2013.

To enable Hyper V on Windows 8.1
1. In Control Panel, tap or click Programs, and then tap or click Programs and Features.
2. Tap or click Turn Windows Features on or off.
3. Select Hyper V, tap or click OK, and then tap or click Close.
4. Shut down your PC, and then restart it.

And then you need to create Virtual Machine to install Windows 8.1 and office.

For more information, please take a look at the following blog about Windows 8.1 hyper-v.

There are some downloadable VM's here for InternetExplorer, and you could then download an Evaluation of Office onto that?
