my computer doesn't wake completely from sleep mode. The desk top comes up but I can't connect with the internet or when I click on something on the desk top it won't open. I used to be able to turn the computer off then go back in to windows and the desk top an it would work. But just recently I can't click on any thing on the desk top to make it open.
