waking issue

hello. i have a win 8.1 enterprise X64. when i sleep my lap top for a long while (1 or more hours) it won't wake (USB power is activating, mouse pad indicator turns on, power and battery indicators too, hard disk starts working... but screen just turns on back light for one second and goes back to dark, and no software responding) and then i have to force power off lap top.

in event log this error is recorded at sleep time : The system firmware has changed the processor's memory type range registers (MTRRs) across a sleep state transition (S4). This can result in reduced resume performance. (kernel-power , event id : 137)

and this information log at wake(!) time : The system has returned from a low power state. (power-troubleshooter, event id :1)

Hi Massih-Majidi,

In addition to ZigZag`s suggestion, we could try to run the built-in troubleshoot tool to have a diagnostic.

Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Troubleshooting\All Categories\Power

Here is a link for reference of troubleshooting the similar issue.
