why cannot we boot our cmd?
my taskbar shows corrupt file "chrome.exe-corrupt disk " its a useless information when our c drive does not have proper privilages according to me

Hi, What error message did you receive when you open CMD? Did it works before? Please remove chrome, try to open the cmd.exe on C:\Windows\System32, if still not work, you can copy cmd.exe file from another machine. If issue persists, some components may corrupted, you can perform an in-place upgrade to fix the issue: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2255099 Hope that helps.
