Sorry, to post this 2 years later but I just purchased a Windows 7 Ultimate package off E-Bay that is labeled as being the "Win Ult 7 English-ROW DVD" version. If it's a counterfeit copy its one hell of a replica. It came to me shrink-wrapped in the DVD case with the DVD cover and the certificate of authenticity attached as well. I am guessing you made your comments without much research on the matter.
