I'm using window 7 and the installed Speech Recognition Profile Manager Tool to save voice profiles. I can export the file without issue but I can't import the speech profile. I can't import of the same profile onto a new netbook or the same netbook with new window profile. We had a server migration. Each student is no longer using the same Windows Profile because the domain changed as a result when a student logs into any machine windows create a completely new profile. This means the speech profile will no longer exist as it was under the old profile. It seems the Speech Profile Manager only recognizes the Windows profile you are presently logged in under. For this reason we cannot import the speech profiles to any other windows user profile other than the current logged in user. Please help.

Hi, What error message did you receive when you import the voice profile? If you want to import the speech profile, please make sure: 1 The Windows Speech feature must be installed to use this tool. 2 All speech applications must be closed before doing import/export. 3 The microphone settings should be tuned before using the profile.
