I have a new laptop with window 7 64 bits and i want to install my old printer which is HP LASER JET 1300 but didn't work at all.What can I do to solve this problem?

Note the date of the driver 12/09. Then use the add a printer dialog and point it where you saved the downloaded driver(s). Also, Start>Help and Support>type add a printer or add a networked printer in the search box to obtain more details on the process. Did that help?
