On new windows 7 computer, installed old corel suite 8. Used thumb drive to upload file to edit. I tell it where and name to sve under and pop up says can not open file? Can this be fixed? Just installed this computer today.

Does the similar issues occur with other programs? If not, the issue should be from the program. I suggest you run it in Windows XP or Windows Vista compatible mode with administrator.
