You best result would be to return to the place of purchase for in-person tech assistance. You could try and hit the F8 key when you turn it on a select SAFE MODE. If it starts, let it settle, then click Start, Shutdown\restart and try a normal start-up again. Don't mess with it too much...it's new and the vendor wants you to be satisfied...something could be wrong.

Hi, Would you please let me know where did you received the error message? What have you done before the issue occurred?? From my research, it is a startup error. It is caused by corrupted boot configuration data. I suggest performing Startup Repair. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/products/features/startup-repair If you really changed or installed something on Windows 7 recently, you could do a System Restore from System Recovery Options. If the system restore doesn't work, you could open Command Prompt and type the following command. BootRec /RebuildBcd This will automatically rebuild the Windows 7 boot menu if it has become corrupt. BootRec /fixmbr This will repair the master boot record (MBR) on your hard disk. BootRec /fixboot This will write a new boot sector to your hard disk. This is useful if your boot sector has become corrupt of damaged. If none of these works, using the recovery CD or restoring the OS to the factory setting is the fastest way.
