I never received my copy of windows 7 beta just install keys what can I do?

The available option was to download Windows 7. As you haven't received it, i.e., downloaded it, one can only assume that, when you attempted to download, Microsoft had removed the ISO from the download website. As it stands at the moment their is nothing you can actually do; the Windows 7 beta is simply no longer available for download.
