windows 7 freezes on battery power (when AC power goes)
Good day tech members. i have a HP hdx16 laptop that i recently upgraded to windows 7.when the AC power goes out(especially on 'power saver'), it starts to slow down and becomes unresponsive.if i leave it for a while it might become stable again.i have updated all the drivers from Hp for my model and also installed the latest BIOS from HP.i did not have this issue initially i upgraded till about a month after. Please i need assistance thanksdore

Hi Dore, First, please perform System Restore to get back to the state which the issue didn’t occur. You may also try to set your power plan to "High Performance" whether plugged in or not in Control Panel -> Hardware And Sound -> Power Options. If there is another power management software, please also disable it and have a check. Please also check in Safe Mode and Clean Boot.
