i installed command and conquer 3 and starcraft and then restarted my pc and it says starting windows then out of range?i also installed a new graphics card and another 1.256 gig of ram but it ran fine until i restarted.

Do you mean that the monitor is reporting out-of-range?If so, reboot in safe mode (F8 key). Change the graphics settings to some compatible with your monitor. (Most monitors, CRT or LCD,will work at a 60 HZ refresh rate, for example.) Reboot into normal mode.Good luck.

Refresh rates:Right click on the desktop, select "screen resolution". Click "advanced settings". The refresh rate is on the "monitor" tab.At least it works that way for me, Win7 X64 build 7000.

This seems to be a driver issue. I suggest that you remove the previous video card driver. Then try to find the latest driver and reinstall it. If the issue still occurs, we could consider that the video card is not compatible with Windows 7 beta. Arthur Xie - MSFT
