I am pankaj kumar , I am facing a problem with my laptop(HP Pavilion g6) .I am upgrading my windows 7 to 8.1 enterprise that I have downloaded from my MSDN Account . I was using it before 4 month without any problem but aprox. 10 days back my laptop was faced some virus attack so I formatted my system now I am updating my windows(activated ) by using windows update it install a switchable graphics AMD Radeon HD 7400M with Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000 along with some other update and I am trying to Enable NetFx3 OS feature that is not available in windows using windows media(DVD) . after every thing done when I restart my laptop it is not able to restart , I can't able to find by which it if affecting , from 10 days I am getting same problem after booting process done it shows only blank screen nothing is visible one that without any error massage and my CPU is working fine on that so I need to shutdown my laptop by using power button and after 2-3 times it gives advance repairing option through which I can restore my computer to previous date or refresh my system by inserting my OS DVD but it remove everything I install on the way and reset my system to fresh install position and then working fine but when I try to install everything and enable the OS features and update, it will again face the same problem .from when I have formatted my system apx. 10 days back I am getting this everyday . So please I need immediate help please .I can't able to find by which I am getting this problem .

Hi,

Have you tried any method to resolve this problem? According to your description, I doubt this is Graohic driver problem. Please check Event Viewer if it identify this problem.

In addition, please try to uninstall Graphic driver, just let system install its build in compatibility Graphic driver for test.
