windows 8.1 pro (after update) and store

So, I've installed the 8.1 Update that has recently come out.  Now, when I go into the Windows Store and try to click on anything in the store, all that happens is the tile moves (shows it gets pressed).  Normally, when you click on one of the app tiles, you're taken to the screen that shows you information about the app.  Mine never goes there.  Just the app tile in the store moves like it was pressed.

I disabled Norton Anti-virus.  Then un-installed it and rebooted.

I've ran this command: powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml  Restarted the Windows store.  No difference.

I've downloaded this and run it:   http://download.microsoft.com/download/F/2/4/F24D0C03-4181-4E5B-A23B-5C3A6B5974E3/apps.diagcab   Restarted the Windows store.  No difference.

I've ran WSRest.exe.  Didn't help.  It sits at 'Loading Store'... I let it sit overnight.  Still didn't load the store.

And that is where I'm at.

Any help Please!

Hi,

Maybe we should use Process Monitor to capture Windows Store process to analysis this problem. Actually you can check Event Viewer, it should record this events, but I don't think it was helpful.
