windows 8.1 refresh

Hi

I would like to refresh my windows 8.1 but i currently use 2 os on 2 different partitions ( win 8.1 win 7) will I risk to lose any data ?

If you are using the built in refresh option that Windows 8.1 has, then no you will not lose any data.
