Toshiba laptop with windows 8. ALMOST every time I power up the laptop the lock screen resolution and scaling has changed, this causes everything being magnified and the screen not being completely filled. I can change these settings but when powering up or coming out of sleep mode it is changed back.

Please kindly update the display adapter driver to the latest version, this issue mostly caused by the driver issue.
