A. Resolution is set too high for your monitor. If this happened, I used another monitor withg high resolution.
If you can get remotely, you can change settings in Registry Editor.
B. Second reason may stem from the fact, that the digital part of graphcs card is faulty. In this way you will see the image withstandard "old" monitor (15 pin Canon connector.)

How about uninstall Graphic Card driver? Have you tried yet?
In addition, when did this problem occures? Did you make any change to your computer before this problem occures?
If problem persists, please try to boot into Safe mode to test this problem.
